Position
Overview:
As an Operations
Executive, you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of the
organization's skill development programs. You will be responsible for managing
day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of training programs under
various government schemes, and supporting the team in achieving operational
goals. The role demands strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of
skill development initiatives, and the ability to coordinate multiple
activities effectively.
Key
Responsibilities:
programs under HSDM, PMKVY, DDUGKY, PM Vishwakarma, and other government
skill development schemes. Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and
stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of training centers. Ensure compliance with guidelines and
processes set by government bodies for skill development initiatives. Assist in maintaining accurate records of
trainees, training progress, and certifications. Monitor daily activities at training centers
to ensure adherence to the program schedule and quality standards. Provide regular reports on program
performance, progress, and outcomes to senior management. Handle documentation related to government
schemes, including the submission of reports, certifications, and claims. Support the planning and execution of
workshops, awareness programs, and community engagement activities. Assist in troubleshooting operational
issues, addressing queries from trainees and stakeholders, and ensuring
timely resolution. Collaborate with the HR and training
departments to recruit, train, and manage staff involved in the training
programs. Build and maintain positive relationships
with government agencies, industry partners, and training institutions. Ensure proper coordination between various
teams for the timely delivery of services under different skill
development programs.
Skills
and Qualifications:
(Preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related field). Prior experience in operations or project
management, preferably in skill development, training, or government
schemes. Knowledge of skill development schemes such
as HSDM, PMKVY, DDUGKY, PM Vishwakarma, etc. Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and
problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in
a team environment. Willingness to learn and stay updated with
new skill development initiatives and government policies.
