Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
with prior experience in the
doors and windows industry
. The candidate will be responsible for handling CRM updates, managing logistics, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update CRM records accurately.
  • Oversee order management and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order dispatch and delivery.
  • Support daily operations to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
  • Maintain records and prepare periodic reports on operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in the
    doors and windows / building materials industry
    is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and order management systems.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
