Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by promoting our HR and L&D services to corporate clients and educational institutions, as well as selling courses to students and working professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients in the corporate and educational sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Pitch our HR and L&D services to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Customize our training programs and courses to meet the specific needs of clients and target audiences.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Knowledge of the HR and L&D industry and familiarity with corporate training programs and educational courses.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
