Draft basic form agreements, revise/ proofreading of agreements, writing correspondence, scheduling meetings and other administrative duties as assigned
- Act as liaison with all internal and external offices
- Manage the distribution of office correspondence, contracts.
- May provide administrative support to other members of the Business Affairs team
- Assist in workflows between all the departments
- Assist several Executive staff members in their everyday needs to ensure their day runs smoothly
- Attend clients queries and respond to client inquires and requests
- Flexible and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, manage deadlines well, maintain a professional appearance and pay close attention to details
- Maintain documents and ensure to finish the task on time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work with strong personalities and the ability to work well in fast-paced environment with a demanding workload
- Basic knowledge in Recruitment
- Good business judgment, discretion/confidentiality and self-confidence
- Ensure the delivery of process with proper timeline and quality
- Analyzing business requirements and provide advice on system functionality
- Assist with technical issues
- coordinate conference calls, meetings
- Effective written, oral, analytical and problem-solving skills
- New lead follow-up and convert into client

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
