Your main goal is to deliver high-quality, professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:Handle Customer Interactions: Answer inbound and/or make outbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide prompt, accurate, and effective solutions within established time limits.Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer conversations, interactions, and transactions using CRM software and other systems.Meet Performance Targets: Strive to achieve individual and team performance metrics, such as average handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.Escalate Issues: When necessary, escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments or senior team members for further assistance.Stay Informed: Continuously stay updated with company policies, product knowledge, and service changes through training sessions and resources. Qualifications:Education: BACHOLER DEGREE (OR) MASTER DEGREE .Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or BPO environment is preferred.   Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English AND TAMIL with a clear and confident speaking voice.Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use relevant software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers calmly.Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Skills:.
