Business Development Senior Executive at Prominent Event Management Firm

Location: Gurugram, Sector-45

Industry: Event Management

Job Summary:
We are in need of a Senior Executive for Business Development to spearhead the growth of B2B and retail business by acquiring retailers and vendors and driving sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly and efficiently acquire and onboard targeted merchants to ensure a diverse array of vendors
Strategically plan and present sales pitches to prospective vendors
Develop accurate profiles for newly registered vendors on the platform
Validate and maintain vendor quality
Verify vendor profile data
Promote the company’s products and services
Generate revenue-driven leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies
Deliver a superior customer experience to new vendors joining the platform
No field visits required

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
0-1 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, or related roles with exceptional English communication skills
Freshers with completed internships in Marketing are highly preferred
Goal-oriented individuals with a strong sense of ownership
Persuasive skills
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree; MBA Freshers or Graduates in Marketing field will be a plus

Benefits

Salary up to 3LPA CTC
Two Saturdays off and all Sundays off in a month.
