Our client is one of the leading Big Four professional services networks globally and are looking for an Account Director who will drive business from key accounts in the Financial Services sector (GCC & Non-GCC).

Job Description

The Account Director - Financial Services - GCC & Non-GCC will be responsible for the following:

Drive Business Development: Lead sales efforts, build client relationships and originate new opportunities across financial services (GCC & Non-GCC) accounts.Strategic Planning: Develop and update account strategies, execution plans and market analysis to identify white space and align with firm goals.Sales Management & Execution: Apply structured sales processes, manage the pipeline, map buying cycles and engage 80% in client-facing activities.Proposal & Opportunity Management: Lead proposal creation, emphasise value, manage end-to-end opportunity pursuit and ensure CRM accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

or MBA/post graduate from reputed institute10 to 18 years of relevant experience from consulting/industry.Evidence of successful origination and sales generation, prospect consistently and upsell.Should be proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools.Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
