The Director of Finance oversees budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, accounting operations, and financial controls of Allucent. The Dir manages and guides the finance team, ensuring efficient workflows in accounting, treasury, and financial reporting. This position works closely with senior management to create long-term financial strategies, manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and make critical decisions to optimize costs and improve profitability, ultimately driving the Allucent's success.

Requirements

·       Prepare detailed metrics reports on the activities/deliverables from the groups managed by the Director and share them with the executive team and board of directors.

·       Monitor cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability.

·       Lead financial audits and ensure all financial records and reports are accurate.

·       Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient resource allocation.

·       Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.

·       Drive financial planning and analysis processes to support informed business decisions.

·       Identify opportunities for cost savings, investment, and financial optimization.

·       Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for cost management and resource allocation.

·       Analyze and implement new development plans and actively participate in the Director team (strategy – leadership – business integration) meetings to identify and implement new area related goals and strategies

·       Manage direct reporting staff

·       Actively contribute to staff learning & development within the company

Provide and coordinate Finance training for relevant staff

·       Coordinates the annual audit process with independent auditors and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Review, improve and evaluate Finance processes and procedures within the Quality Management System

·       Assure strong long-lasting relationships with (future) key accounts

·       Support in preparation of new proposals

Contribute and take part in client evaluations, visits and bid defenses.

Contribute to other areas of business as required.

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (Master's preferred)

·       Relevant professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA).

· years of demonstrable experience within Finance function in a CRO or 5+ years of experience as an Associate Director, or in a senior finance leadership role.

·       Strong leadership, management, and clear communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and stakeholders.

·       Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, accounting, and forecasting is crucial.

Ability to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language

·       Representative, outgoing and client focused

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company

·       Administrative excellence 

·       Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

·       Strong leadership skills

·       Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and conflict resolution abilities

·       Strong presentation and networking capabilities

Excellent organizational, negotiating and financial skills
