Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the leadership team of a fast-growing technology company. With deep expertise in Fintech, Cybersecurity, or B2B Technology, you will define and execute the company’s marketing strategy to position it as a market leader in AI Security and advanced technology solutions. As CMO, you will drive brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, PR, media, and global events, while building thought leadership and strengthening market presence. Working closely with the executive team, you will craft the narrative that fuels go-to-market success and inspires growth. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the overall marketing vision and strategy across all channels, aligning with business goals. Build and position the brand as a market leader through strategic branding, PR, media relations, digital campaigns, and events. Oversee execution across digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, paid media, content, demand generation, and partnerships. Drive integrated B2B campaigns to accelerate enterprise adoption and generate high-quality leads. Establish thought leadership through content, events, analyst relations, and industry forums. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams on go-to-market strategy, product launches, and category positioning. Mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies/vendors. Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and brand engagement. Represent the company externally as a brand ambassador at key industry events and summits. Required Skills and Qualifications 15–20 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with proven expertise in Fintech, Cybersecurity, or B2B Technology sectors. Strong track record in building and scaling global brands in competitive markets. Comprehensive exposure across Branding, PR, Digital Marketing, Media, Events, SEO/SEM, and Demand Generation. Proven success in driving enterprise B2B marketing campaigns and establishing thought leadership positioning. Adept at managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, collaborative teams and manage agencies/vendors effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
