CloudHire seeks a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing operations. This pivotal role requires a balance of strategy and execution in both inbound and outbound marketing realms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Manage all marketing channels to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Use data analytics to adapt strategies, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Coordinate with stakeholders from sales to board members.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team.

**Requirements**:
**Outbound Marketing Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Experience in cold calling and direct outreach methods.
- Prior leadership of outbound marketing teams in growth-focused settings.
- Track record of driving sales and achieving growth targets.
- Startup experience is a must.

**Inbound Marketing Qualifications**:

- Know-how in creating and optimizing sales funnels.
- Solid grasp of SEO tactics and content marketing.
- Ability to oversee web and graphic design projects.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Inbound, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, etc.

**Additional Skills & Experience**:

- Market trend analysis and forecasting.
- Mastery of CRM tools and strategies.
- Comprehensive experience in both B2B and B2C domains.
- Negotiation and partnership forging capabilities.
- Established experience in public relations and reputation management.
- Solid experience in the US market, particularly in sales.
- Proven track record in US-based staffing, software, or HR sales.
- Experience in traveling for business and networking events.
