Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Admin Team, ensuring they are using the latest technologies and methodologies to meet business needs
- Oversee software development, including selecting appropriate technologies and ensuring high-quality code that is scalable, reliable, and secure
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including selecting appropriate providers, setting up and maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring high availability and security
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems, and encryption
- Manage and create the company's databases, including selecting appropriate technologies and ensuring data integrity, security, and availability
- Evaluate and implement new software tools and technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to identify technology needs and opportunities that can support business growth
- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of success in delivering technology solutions that meet business needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage technology budgets and vendor relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
