We are seeking a dynamic, highly driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who thrives in a purely target-focused, performance-based environment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in highly result-oriented roles and be capable of leading the marketing division to achieve aggressive lead-generation and revenue targets.

This role is best suited for a strategic thinker who can design marketing roadmaps, execute campaigns end-to-end, and ensure the marketing team consistently meets monthly and quarterly targets. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans focused on target achievement.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team to deliver consistent performance.

2. Target-Oriented Lead Generation

• Drive high-quality lead generation for the company through digital, offline, and partner channels.
• Ensure achievement of predefined targets (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Track lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI on all marketing activities.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Set and monitor KPIs for the marketing team.
• Evaluate campaign performance regularly and optimize for maximum output.
• Present periodic performance reports to top management with insights and action plans.

4. Budget Management

• Manage marketing budgets effectively with a strong focus on ROI.
• Allocate resources across campaigns to maximize lead generation and brand visibility.

5. Team Development & Coordination

• Build a performance-driven culture within the marketing team.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and target-setting meetings.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management to ensure alignment.

6. Brand & Market Growth

• Oversee brand positioning, communication, and overall market presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends.
• Initiate new marketing innovations to increase lead flow and brand recall.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated history of working in target-heavy and performance-based environments.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams under strict deadline-driven conditions.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.

Compensation Structure

• Salary up to ₹12 LPA, based on achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
