Chief Digital Officer (CDO)

Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (Performance & Target-Based)

Job Summary

We are hiring a highly experienced and target-driven Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital initiatives and deliver measurable results. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, automation, and lead generation.

Salary is strictly performance-based. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where monthly and quarterly targets determine payouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's digital strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive high-quality digital lead generation through SEO, SEM, social media, and automation tools.
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly digital targets.
  • Manage digital campaigns, optimize performance, and reduce lead costs.
  • Build and lead the digital team, including marketing executives, designers, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate with the CMO and marketing team to achieve combined lead goals.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Oversee CRM systems, marketing automation, tracking tools, and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to improve digital outcomes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as CDO, Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Lead, or senior digital role.
  • Strong background in target-based performance marketing and digital lead generation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams under strict timelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA, based entirely on target achievement.
  • Performance incentives may be provided for exceeding digital KPIs.
