Job Description

Reporting to Head of HSE you should:

Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to achieve zero LTIEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.Investigate safety incidents and develop corrective action plans.Work with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety within the organisation.Stay updated with the latest EHS regulations and industry practices.Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections and audits

The Successful Applicant

A successful EHS Lead professional should have:

Degree in Chemical, oil & petroleum field/ Masters would be an added advantageDiploma in industrial Safety from the accredited instituteAbility to implement various HSE Systems - to align with Annual Business Plan and achieve excellence in Safety performance / track the Company's Safety Programme and activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to develop and deliver safety training programs.
