1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Drive home loan sales to achieve assigned targets (disbursements, book size, and profitability).
Expand customer base by identifying and onboarding potential home loan clients.
Promote housing finance products, including home loans, balance transfers, and top-ups.
Develop business strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Monitor team performance against key metrics, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

3. Channel Development and Management:

Build and nurture relationships with builders, real estate agents, financial consultants, and other channel partners.
Drive channel partner engagement through training, regular interactions, and incentive schemes.
Ensure effective lead generation and conversion through channel partners.

4. Market and Customer Engagement:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Conduct customer engagement activities, including promotional campaigns and loan melas.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

5. Credit and Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Facilitate faster loan approvals and disbursements by addressing client queries and documentation requirements.
Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies in the assigned region.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with NBFC housing finance regulations, company policies, and guidelines.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
