Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that directly supports the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR technology.Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging company culture that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.Partner with the executive team to provide strategic guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.Oversee the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance and best practices.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and overall employee experience.Lead the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain key talent.Establish and monitor key HR metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Manage the HR budget effectively.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR leader within a fast-paced and preferably tech-driven environment, ideally within the fintech sector.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted business outcomes.Strong understanding of all HR functional areas and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.Experience in building and scaling HR functions within a rapidly growing organization.Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.Experience with HR technology and systems-
