Mission and Vision of the company: Our mission is to empower individuals and businesses with innovative, accessible tools that simplify tax management, tax saving allowances, optimize tax savings and drive financial clarity and well-being. Our goal is to be India's most trusted platform for smart financial and tax solutions, enabling financial security for all. About the Role: We're looking for a B2B Sales Professional who thrives on ownership and results. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure for Prosperr.io's flagship products: Employee Benefits and Dynamic Payroll. What We're Looking For: 1. Minimum 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience 2. At least 1 year as an SDR with a focus on prospecting and pipeline generation 3. Proven track record in end-to-end sales and achieving revenue targets 4. Bonus: Experience selling to CFOs or CHROs Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting: Identify and engage leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach 2. Discovery & Demos: Understand customer pain points and conduct tailored product walkthroughs 3. Negotiation: Address objections, structure deals, and align stakeholders 4. Closures: Own revenue targets and ensure deals are successfully closed 5. Target ICP: CFOs and CHROs across India
