Job Description
Will lead individual, group and reinsurance pricingDevelop and oversee pricing strategies for life insurance products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Lead a team of actuaries and providing guidance and mentorship.Analyse market and competition to take informed pricing decisions.Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Monitor and analyze pricing performance, adjusting as necessary to achieve financial targets.Present pricing recommendations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and advancements in actuarial science.Negotiating best reinsurance terms from risk management perspective.Reinsurance treaty managementManaging reinsurance reporting and related auditsThe Successful Applicant
Must be a Fellow member of IAI or equivalent professional degreeMinimum of 10 years of actuarial experience with a focus on life insuranceProven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in actuarial software and data analysis tools-
