Job Description
Develop and implement category trade marketing plans to enhance product visibility and sales.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing strategies with overall business goals.Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities for the category.Plan and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives for the segment.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and provide actionable insights.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retail partners.Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines for all trade marketing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category performance.The Successful Applicant
A successful CTMM should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience of 8+ years in the FMCG industry, particularly in the food sector, is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG industry.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.-
