Communicate and interact effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds & hold boardroom meetings to inform senior management and executives of global opportunities
Prepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or concerns & keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts
Co-coordinating with Operation Dept & CHA for documentation, follow up till the cargo handover to the S. Line
Releasing of BL for export shipments after sailing of vessel | Sending Pre-alert documents to the oversea Agent | Keeping Customer, Oversea Agent updated on status of shpt on time to time
Closing docket with Account | Follow up for E.P copies with shipping line, CHA
Achieve set Budget and Target by the management, also monitor and help the Marketing Team to achieve the targeted goal
Providing best solution for handling shipment of over dimensional cargo and special equipment’s and those unsuitable for container stuffing. Offering very competitive Break Bulk rates through our global association with various break bulk operators and assuring to source a vessel on time as per customers’ requirement
Handling airfreights through our extensive network of carefully selected airlines to provide global coverage for shipments that need to meet tight deadlines of the customers
Based on the over the year’s camaraderie with major premium shipping Lines provided the best solution to our customers in terms of very competitive freight rates transit time, security and services worldwide
