JOB DETAILS Communicate and interact effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds & hold boardroom meetings to inform senior management and executives of global opportunitiesPrepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or concerns & keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts Co-coordinating with Operation Dept & CHA for documentation, follow up till the cargo handover to the S. Line Releasing of BL for export shipments after sailing of vessel | Sending Pre-alert documents to the oversea Agent | Keeping Customer, Oversea Agent updated on status of shpt on time to time Closing docket with Account | Follow up for E.P copies with shipping line, CHA Achieve set Budget and Target by the management, also monitor and help the Marketing Team to achieve the targeted goal Providing best solution for handling shipment of over dimensional cargo and special equipment’s and those unsuitable for container stuffing.
