SR. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for candidates for a Senior Accountant position.
Please find the job details below:

Job Role:
Senior Accountant & Taxation
Experience 5-10 Years
Salary: 30k - 40k
Qualification: B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance, Intern, or CA candidates
Gender: Male / Female (age between 25-30 years), with a preference for male candidates.
Software Knowledge: Tally Prime
Job Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills: Good communication, both written and spoken.
Job Location 13/3, MATHURA ROAD, FARIDABAD
Industries Electrical Panel Manufturing 

Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining all receipts, payments, sales returns, and purchase transactions.
Handling day-to-day activities and maintenance of cash books, bank books, etc.
Managing all accounting activities including billing, taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books, and related tasks.
Possessing knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, with current standards, laws, and regulations.
Handling taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, etc.
Experience in booking expense bills, vendor payments, and inter-branch reconciliation / inter-bank transfers of RTGS and NEFT reconciliation.
Verifying all accounts entries and correcting any irregularities.
Proficiency in GST, E-way Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, MS Word, etc.
Must have experience related to Direct & Indirect Taxes.
Preparing regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects of the company.
Must have experience handling cases for EPF, ESIC, and Gratuity.
Ensuring proper TDS deduction and timely deposit of tax.
Managing activities independently.
Experience in all accounting activities like billing, all taxation & audit, filing tax returns,
Balance Sheet/MIS, P/L sheet, Finalization of Books, and related activities.
Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Performing other accounting duties as assigned.
