We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Account Executives. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates looking to start their career in accounting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions effectively.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Stay updated with accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior work experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Location**:Eden Hospital is situated at Plot Number 115, Near Elante Mall & Auto Space, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh-160002.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
