Job Title:  Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and expanding the company's market presence. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and optimize the customer journey.

Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and regularly report on sales metrics to senior leadership.

Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.

Oversee key customer relationships and participate in high-level negotiations and deal closings.

Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to drive insights and improve sales processes.

Preferred Qualities:

Global or regional sales experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
