KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

: Manage the Sales Desk Daily Operations Assist SDM in developing & managing the day to day activities of Sales Desk. Team consisting of 15 Sales Desk Managers charged with helping MLI Top Agents drive sales through telephonic communication Oversee and provide strategic direction to the team, including tracking of large cases, and lead team to drive and preserve incremental life premium Develops and executes strategies and tactics to provide Agents and managers with the tools, resources and language to win life product competitive cases. Support to our career agency field force via a dedicated phone line to resolve Sale and Product query Provide sales tracking, reporting and analysis as necessary Work on Cross Sell Campaigns & Drive Conversion with Team Coordinate with LPC Team, Sales Promotion , Marketing , Product and Operation team to support establish class advisors through sales desk and resolve the queries received from field through the product desk Set up a governance rhythm and expectations with the team On boarding and continuous skilling and training of SDM’s Retention and growth of SDA’s and Conduct quality check on work done Drive advisor’s activation  Drive agent surveys identify the improvement areas & implement identified action points

Measures of Success:

- Increase Activisation, NOP & Premium in the given agent segment

- Achieve the Goal Sheet provided at the start of the year

- Satisfactory Resolution of query received from field

- Feedback rating of more than 4 on 5

Key competencies/skills required

-Require in-depth understanding internal and external best practices

-Strong People Management & Cross Functional Skills to collaborate with both Internal & External Stakeholder

-Strong Business Acumen to meet Monthly/Quarterly & Yearly Targets

-Strong communication (Oral, Written) in English and Hindi, Coachable and willing to learn

-Proficient in Selling skills, Hiring and Selection and development of Team members

-Expert in relationship building

Desired qualification and experience: Post Graduate in any stream with Minimum 15 years Experience in case development and life insurance planning techniques. Strong industry knowledge particularly with the competitive landscape.
