Job Title – Associate Vice President/ Vice President

Role Overview

1. Commercial

  • Identify and develop new opportunities and clients
  • Pre-dispose clients to Kantar’s offerings
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients
  • Demonstrate strong commercial discipline

2.Research

  • Demonstrate thought leadership for Kantar
  • Ensure timely delivery of high quality insights and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of information and ability to draw accurate
  • Ability to demonstrate category /vertical understanding and make relevant recommendations to the client

3.People management

  • Build a high performing team of researchers
  • Mentor and guide team members
  • Help team members grow in the organization



Role Requirements & Capabilities

  • At least 14-15 years’ experience in market research
  • Experience in working with clients in Enterprise technology or digital technology preferred
  • Should have a strong client focus and proactiveness. Good grasping skills, good project management skills.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Lead a team of Researchers to service clients
  • Motivate and guide support functions like field /analysis
