Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image. Promotional Activities: Coordinate and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Implement in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and provide updates on progress toward sales goals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
