Conduct direct sales to retail stores, distributors, and individual customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market demand. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image. Promotional Activities: Coordinate and participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Implement in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and provide updates on progress toward sales goals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
