Job Description
Drive regional HR strategies to support the business objectives of the financial services industry.Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address workforce planning needs for retail banking and loans operations.Implement talent acquisition and retention initiatives to build a strong regional workforce.Develop and monitor employee engagement programmes to enhance workplace satisfaction in the Mumbai region.Manage performance appraisal processes and provide support for career development planning.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across the western region.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership and employee relations matters.Analyse HR metrics to propose actionable insights for continuous improvement.The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP West Head should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in HRPrior experience in HR leadership roles within the financial services industry.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and organisational development strategies.Proficiency in aligning HR initiatives with business goals in retail banking and loans.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships.Ability to handle regional HR operations effectively, particularly in the Mumbai location.-
