Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance bancassurance business performance across the country.Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partner to ensure alignment with business objectives.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing insights to drive improvements.Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design tailored insurance solutions for banking partners.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all operations.Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the bancassurance channel.Represent the organisation in key meetings and negotiations with banking partners.The Successful Applicant
A successful National Head - Bancassurance Relationship should have:
A strong academic background in business, finance, or a related field.Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the insurance or banking industry.Deep understanding of bancassurance operations and life insurance products.Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.Ability to create and execute strategic business plans effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and team management skills.-
