About Our Client

Our client is a leading Auto Tier 1 organization based out of Pune. They are into multiple product lines for Passenger vehicles. They are looking for a COO to be based at the site in Pune and manage the entire operations.

Job Description

Reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for

Managing end to end operations for the different product line.Developing and implementing operational policies and guidelines.Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.Working closely with the CEO/MD to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of profitability and success.Managing multiple functions such has Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, R&D and Projects.Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.Helping the organization's processes remain legally compliant.Building an inclusive and creative company culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have

Full time Engineering degree with 25+ years of experience and majorly from Auto OEM/ Automotive industry.Leadership skillset to have managed 300+ people and also driven and managed a fast paced culture.Excellent knowledge of current processes and technologies in the Auto/Automotive IndustryExcellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.Understanding and practical knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
