Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Macquarie Group-USA, located in Pune. The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring efficient operational performance. The role involves managing the operational workflows, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Additionally, the COO will work closely with the executive team to drive financial planning and achieve organizational goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
