Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Office Head & Investment Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in equity markets, deep value investing, and long-term vision. The role involves building financial models, maintaining databases, and conducting in-depth research on Indian and International companies across various sectors.ResponsibilitiesInterpretation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statementsResearching Indian and International companies across sectorsBuilding financial models and maintaining databasesPreparing initiation note, quarterly result update note, and event update noteAligned with fundamental research methodology in Porters Five Forces, Moat Methodology, and return metricsDeep industry research capability across sectors like banking, financial services, pharma, consumer, IT, and technologyMaintaining DCF models for each company and updating them quarterlyGood understanding of Accounting policies, Tax policies, and ability to project balance sheet, profit and loss numbers for a companyWriting Notes for IPO, quarterly earningsCreating Powerpoint presentations for pitching a company to clientsLearning data extraction software used for equity research and mutual fund researchCarrying out Ratio AnalysisAnalyzing companies in the sector and aiding in preparing research reportsRecommending stock ideas backed up by sound, reliable, and logical researchDetailed review of financial statements, estimates, and projectionsWriting quarterly reports covering quarterly resultsCompany updates on a monthly basis covering major developments during the monthDeveloping in-depth valuation models for stocksRequirementsGraduate in Commerce (Finance)Graduate in Commerce with (Finance)Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Equity Markets, with experience in PMS being advantageousKnowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.Strong ethics and integrityAdvanced Excel skills and accuracy with dataExcellent communication and people skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentStrong analytical capabilities and financial skillsFamiliarity with research software like Capital-line, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.Ability to work independently and as a team player-
