JOB DETAILS
1.Must have a deep understanding of scalable solutions and Salesforce best practices2.Manage day to day SFDC Admin activities
3.Maintain Users, User Roles, Security, and Profiles
4.Hands on experience integrating Salesforce with Marketo (or equivalent Marketing tool)
5.Should maintain Sales, Service cloud applications along with the customizations in different functional areas covering those
6.Drive resolution of issues related to the Salesforce.com platform
7.Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies
8.Change set management between development / test sandboxes and production Salesforce environment
9.Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our Salesforce.com data.
10.Experience maintaining customer/partner master data
11.Should have experience in working with L1/L2 Support
Qualifications:
1.3 to 5 Years of experience as SFDC Administrator
2.Excellent verbal and written communication
3.Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
4.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
5.Positive attitude and team player mentality
6.Proven experience with business process optimization
