Ideal Experience : 10+ Years
Lead Creative Direction: Head a growing team of designers to deliver exceptional UI/UX solutions across platforms-ensuring functional, aesthetic, and business-aligned outcomes.
Craft Design Systems & AI-Driven Interfaces: Use tools like Figma, UIzard, and AI-assisted design workflows to build scalable, intuitive design systems tailored to Wednesday's and clients' products
Embed Design Thinking in Product Lifecycle: Partner with product and engineering teams throughout discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery phases to embed user-centricity at every stage.
Drive Client Engagements: Consult directly with clients to understand brand identity, user behavior, and business goals-delivering impactful design strategies that elevate product experiences and drive engagement.
Tech Stack Experience - Figma, UIzard, AI driven design.
