About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead our brands creative direction and storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in design, branding, campaigns, and content strategy—while ensuring that every creative asset aligns with the company's identity and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality campaigns across digital, print, video, and social media.
  • Own the brand identity and visual language to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to conceptualize campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop creative strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns – from ideation, design, copy, and production to final delivery.
  • Stay updated on trends in design, lifestyle, and consumer behavior to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality.
  • Mentor, guide, and scale the creative team to build a strong in-house creative culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Creative Head / Creative Director / Senior Art Director in a consumer brand or agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital creatives, and content innovation.
  • Expertise in branding, visual storytelling, design strategy, and content marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of luxury/lifestyle positioning and how to connect with aspirational audiences.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with video/content production.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically yet execute with creativity and attention to detail.
