Job Description:

We're seeking a talented Creative Director with 7+ years of experience in managing and executing creative campaigns for fashion, beauty, and jewelry brands. You will oversee shoot direction, brand campaigns, TVCs, ads, and social media content. You'll own the creative strategy across performance marketing, social media, retention, and offline campaigns, ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative direction for brand campaigns, TVCs, digital ads, and social media content.
  • Manage and direct photoshoots and video productions, working closely with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
  • Drive creative strategy across performance marketing, social media, retention, and offline initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Creative Director or Creative Head in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or D2C brands.
