As a Creative Associate, your work will not be background support. It will define how the brand is seen, experienced, and desired by a discerning audience.

Position: Creative Associate in Marketing and Design

Duration: 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of a long-term role for exceptional talent

Location: Across India, remote work

Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on profile and experience

What You Will Do

• Create packaging and brand identity that reflect the craftsmanship and elegance associated with the finest luxury fragrance houses
• Design campaigns and digital content that speak the language of exclusivity and aspiration, tailored for a luxury audience in beauty and fashion
• Shape storytelling that builds credibility and positions the brand as a refined name within the fragrance and beauty space
• Contribute to strategies that enhance luxury positioning and elevate consumer experience at every touchpoint

Who We Are Looking For

• Candidates with backgrounds in fashion, luxury design, beauty, or perfume branding. Prior experience with premium or luxury brands will be highly valued
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics
• Familiarity with how luxury brands function, including their visual language, tone of communication, and approach to consumer engagement
• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with the ability to deliver work that meets international standards
• A natural storyteller who can bring artistry and sophistication into every piece of design and content
