Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Operations Executive to support core HR operations at our client’s Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, data management, and employee lifecycle processes. This role offers exposure to a dynamic project environment and the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements. Support performance management and appraisal cycles. Assist in implementing HR systems and driving process improvements. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a project-driven or EPC environment. Proficiency in HRMS tools, labor law compliance, and documentation standards. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
