About the Role: We’re seeking a Marketing Lead – Performance & Growth to spearhead True North International’s digital growth across our consumer brands - Kilig and Nev. In this role, you’ll lead the growth charter across D2C and e-commerce platforms — owning acquisition, retention, and performance optimisation across digital channels. You’ll combine analytical precision with creative leadership to drive measurable business impact, leading a team of specialists and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scale. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Leadership & Strategy Define and own the performance marketing strategy and roadmap across digital and commerce channels. Develop integrated multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google, SEO, Quick Commerce, and Marketplaces. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and new acquisition channels to drive incremental growth. Partner with leadership to align growth goals with overall business and brand objectives. 2. Campaign Management & Optimization Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of high-performance campaigns for ROAS, CPS, LTV, and conversion efficiency. Lead the creative testing framework — drive A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and funnel experiences. Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to craft performance-oriented content that converts and scales. Implement best practices for funnel optimization, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing. 3. Data & Insights Lead data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics tools ( GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, etc. ) to measure performance and diagnose funnel drop-offs. Build and maintain dashboards for campaign tracking, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation. Translate consumer and behavioral insights into actionable strategies for sustained growth. 4. Budget Management & Forecasting Own and manage the overall performance marketing budget—allocate efficiently across channels for maximum ROI. Build accurate forecasts for acquisition costs, growth targets, and campaign-level outcomes. Evaluate channel performance regularly and recommend strategic reallocation for optimal results. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists and analysts. Collaborate closely with brand, design, content, and product teams to ensure integrated execution. Foster a test-and-learn culture, encouraging innovation and rapid experimentation. Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital leadership within consumer, lifestyle, or D2C brands. Demonstrated experience in scaling paid performance channels and managing 7–8 figure monthly ad budgets. Experience managing and mentoring a marketing or growth team. Skills Sought: Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance analytics. Proficiency in A/B testing, automation, CRM, and retention tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into growth actions. Proven success in scaling performance campaigns from 0→1 and driving measurable growth.
