The ideal candidate is a natural communicator and negotiator who thrives on building strong creator relationships, loves working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn influencer content into real business results. If you’re passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and driving measurable ROI through influencer marketing, this role is for you.Roles and Responsibilities:As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and ensuring seamless execution across all stages. Your key responsibilities will include:Influencer Scouting & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers who align with the brand’s tone, values, and audience.Campaign Management: Plan and execute influencer campaigns from shortlisting to content delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing goals.Briefing & Communication: Provide clear creative briefs to influencers with defined content guidelines, brand tone, and campaign objectives.Negotiation & ROI Optimization: Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers to ensure maximum value and return on investment.Content & Deliverable Management: Oversee shoot schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of influencer content.Performance Tracking: Maintain campaign dashboards, influencer databases, and prepare performance reports with key metrics.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with video editors, designers, and account managers to ensure campaign alignment.Industry Research: Stay updated on trends in F&B, hospitality, and digital content to bring fresh, relevant ideas into campaigns.Qualifications2–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in F&B sector.Strong communication and negotiation skills—able to build lasting relationships with creators.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Deep understanding of how influencer content can drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or coordinating content shoots is a strong advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Work from home
