We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry. ● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes. ● Earlier Sequoia Surge, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all channels. Build a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints Lead brand campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and PR initiatives Measure offline channel performance and impact Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and manage external agencies Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives Track KPIs and marketing ROI across all channels Own brand strategy, identity, positioning, and tonality Drive performance marketing across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, SEO, etc.)Oversee digital media planning, execution, and ROI optimization Manage CRM, email marketing, automation, and analytics tools Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, retail promotions, and ATL campaigns (OOH, print, radio, etc.)8+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to brand, digital, and offline strategies ~ Proven success in building impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth ~ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills ~ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and creative balance ~ MBA or equivalent degree preferred
