Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM, Marketing & Collaboration Developer to join our onsite team. This role involves building, integrating, and automating Zoho apps to optimize our Sales, Marketing, and Collaboration processes. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business workflows, helping our organization leverage the full power of the Zoho ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:CRM Development & Management:Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Bigin, SalesIQ, SalesInbox, Motivator, and Bookings.Develop custom modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules.Integrate CRM with Finance, HR, and Marketing modules for seamless data flow.Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure best practices in data management.Marketing & Campaign Automation:Develop and automate marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Social, Forms, Backstage, PageSense, and Survey.Track campaign performance and generate analytics dashboards.Implement lead capture, scoring, and nurturing workflows across channels.Provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing performance.Collaboration & Productivity:Implement and manage Zoho Mail, Cliq, Connect, WorkDrive, Writer, Sheet, Show, Notebook, and ShowTime for team collaboration.Develop workflow automation across collaboration tools to improve productivity.Train teams on effective use of collaboration and productivity tools.Custom App Development & Automation:Build low-code applications and automated workflows using Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow.Integrate Zoho apps with external software via APIs and webhooks.Ensure dashboards, reporting, and KPIs are aligned with business goals.Maintenance & Support:Monitor performance of all Zoho apps under responsibility.Troubleshoot technical issues, manage updates, and ensure uptime.Document processes, workflows, and training materials for internal teams.Strategy & Innovation:Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Zoho tools.Work with leadership to plan Zoho adoption strategies for sales, marketing, and collaboration.Stay up-to-date with Zoho product updates, features, and best practices.Skills & Experience Required:Zoho CRM & Marketing Apps: Expert knowledge in Zoho CRM, Bigin, SalesIQ, SalesInbox, Motivator, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Social, Backstage, PageSense, Survey.Collaboration Tools: Experienced with Zoho Mail, Cliq, Connect, WorkDrive, Writer, Sheet, Show, Notebook, ShowTime.Low-Code Development: Proficient in Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and API integrations.Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Collaboration workflows in a business environment.Experience in dashboard building, reporting, and KPI monitoring.Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and team training capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Zoho CRM, Marketing, or Zoho development roles.Proven track record of implementing and managing Zoho apps for business operations.Performance Expectations:Efficiently develop and maintain CRM, Marketing, and Collaboration apps onsite.Automate processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.Ensure full integration across Zoho ecosystem for end-to-end operational visibility.Provide training and support to ensure staff adoption of Zoho tools.✅ Optional Add-ons (for stronger JD):Experience with Zoho Analytics for creating executive dashboards.Prior exposure to multi-department Zoho implementation.Ability to create custom reports and KPI tracking systems for management.
