Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing efforts, managing communication channels, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research skills Strong Communication and Marketing skills Experience in Sales and driving sales initiatives Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Analytical skills to measure and improve marketing performance Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus. Activation Marketing ATL & BTL Activates New store launch and Store Marketing Any Retail fmcg marketing Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
