As India's largest retailer of organic groceries, The Organic World is a leading Responsible Retailer and the flagship brand of the NIMIDA Group.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing efforts, managing communication channels, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.QualificationsProficiency in Market Planning and Market Research skillsStrong Communication and Marketing skillsExperience in Sales and driving sales initiativesLeadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a teamAnalytical skills to measure and improve marketing performanceRelevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.Activation Marketing ATL & BTL Activates New store launch and Store Marketing Any Retail fmcg marketingQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.Experience in digital marketing and campaign management will be an added advantage.Please share your cv to lakshmik@theorganicworld.com
