We are seeking a Senior Social Media Executive with a solid background in social media content creation, management, copywriting, creative coordination. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on, capable of developing high-performing content and managing brand presence across multiple platforms with minimal supervision.If you have a knack for storytelling, creative ideation, and data-driven campaign execution, this role offers the opportunity to lead social media initiatives that make an impact.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.Lead social media content creation—from concept to execution—ensuring all visuals, videos, and copy align with brand strategy and tone.Write engaging copy, captions, and campaign messaging tailored to platform-specific audiences.Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to develop creative assets for posts, reels, stories, and ad campaigns.Oversee daily posting, engagement, and community management to build meaningful audience relationships.Conduct trend research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to guide creative direction.Prepare monthly performance reports, insights presentations, and campaign documentation.Coordinate with the SEO and digital marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for visibility and performance.Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to maximize content reach and effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills:3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.Strong expertise in content and copywriting, with a flair for creativity and storytelling.Good understanding of SEO principles and their integration with social content strategies.Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling tools Experience in conceptualizing, briefing, and coordinating creative assets with design and production teams.Skilled in reporting, presentation, and documentation of campaign performance.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.What We Offer:A creative and collaborative work culture that encourages experimentation and innovation.Opportunity to work on diverse brands and industries across regions.Freedom to ideate, lead, and execute campaigns that make a measurable impact.Competitive annual package: INR 3,00,000 – INR 4,20,000 based on experience and skillset.A workplace that values ownership, creativity, and continuous growth.About Mithra Digital:At Mithra Digital, we blend creativity, strategy, and innovation to craft digital experiences that inspire audiences and deliver measurable results.
