Job Profile:
The Operations Associate should be someone passionate about supporting a fast-paced ops environment who will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-growing organization.
Order Manager: To ensure timely delivery of materials as per schedule and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves managing invoicing processes, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accurate accounting entries for the company's trading entity. Key responsibilities include:
Invoicing & Accounting : Validating incoming invoices, generating outgoing invoices, and following SOPs to maintain quality compliance.
Order Management : Overseeing the complete order lifecycle, from material processing to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Coordination & Communication : Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and buyers, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement : Identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to improving operational efficiency.
Record-Keeping : Updating trackers and tools to maintain accurate records of daily activities and performance metrics.
Problem Solving : Addressing and resolving issues during order management and liaising with finance for supplier payments and buyer refunds.
Basic Qualifications :
· Education Qualification - Any Graduate
· Good communication skills—ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely
· Should have at least one year of work experience working in an invoicing-heavy role
· Should be well versed with the MS Excel tool
· Should be a smart and solution-driven individual
· Fungible to transition within work types, flexible to staggered week offs
· Analyze and detect exceptions
· Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirements.
· Strong learning ability
Preferred Qualifications :
· Experience in e-commerce and the steel/cement industry is a plus.
· Exposure to Salesforce or other popular CRM tools is a plus.
