Marketing Lead for HCLTech CareerShaperTM

Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to join our CareerShaper team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, alliance marketing and B2B2C marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent operational skills, creativity and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CareerShaper, targeting enterprises, government organizations and end-users.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, execution, operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create marketing collateral, event materials and thought leadership content.
  • Drive joint marketing initiatives, events, thought leadership and PR with partners.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with senior leadership by creating a regular cadence and information-sharing mechanism.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, content providers and other external partners.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.



Qualifications:

  • Management degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in product marketing and alliance marketing, preferably in a tech or learning platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Exceptional operational skills, including event management and project management.
  • Creative mindset with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage expectations of senior leaders – internally and in partner organizations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and partners.


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in tech companies or startups with a focus on enablement marketing.
  • Experience in marketing roles within product companies.
  • Familiarity with talent transformation, skill development and learning platforms.


Location:

  • We are looking for a marketer to support the CareerShaper business worldwide. This position is based in India, and the candidate can work from our offices in Noida, Bangalore, or Chennai.
