  • Are you passionate about food and skilled in sales? Join Maa Ooru as a Business Development Executive and help us grow by connecting with corporates and individuals for daily lunch services and party catering orders. We’re looking for a dynamic individual with experience in the food business to drive leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Corporate Lead Generation:
  • Identify and approach small to medium-sized businesses for daily lunch orders.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate decision-makers.

2.Party Orders:

  • Process and follow up on party inquiries, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Promote our Pay-Per-KG model for parties and events like birthdays and housewarmings.

3.Sales Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Create tailored food packages based on client requirements.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

5.Market Research:

  • Identify new opportunities in the food business sector.
  • Monitor competitor activities and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales , preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of local corporate and catering markets in Bangalore is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
