Position Overview:

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. In this full-time role, you'll focus on new business development, lead generation, and account management while working closely with management to surpass performance targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement sales plans to exceed monthly targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposals & Negotiations: Craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favourable deals.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to keep our solutions competitive.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales (IT/Software sales preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Education: Any graduate.
