Position Overview:
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. In this full-time role, you'll focus on new business development, lead generation, and account management while working closely with management to surpass performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement sales plans to exceed monthly targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Proposals & Negotiations: Craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favourable deals.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to keep our solutions competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales (IT/Software sales preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Education: Any graduate.
