This role is a unique combination of high-level strategic thinking, business development acumen, and brand leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both the commercial and branding success of the organization, ensuring that we not only grow but grow the right way — with a strong, differentiated brand presence and a clear, scalable path to sustained success. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with senior leadership, marketing and sales teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize revenue streams, expand the brand’s reach, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will play a key part in shaping the future of our brand, taking it to new markets, and ensuring it resonates with our target audience. EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Business Development & Growth Strategy Develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue, expand market share, and increase profitability. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to ensure the company’s growth trajectory is sustainable and scalable. Work closely with the executive leadership team to align the company’s strategic objectives with growth and business development initiatives. Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, and position the company to take advantage of these insights. Form strategic alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures to drive new customer acquisition, enter new markets, and explore new offerings. Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and evolve the brand’s vision, mission, and positioning in line with market dynamics and customer preferences. Establish and implement brand strategy that creates clear differentiation in the market, and communicates the company’s value proposition effectively to customers. Lead the development of the brand’s messaging architecture, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touch points and channels. Drive brand awareness and reputation management through strategic brand communications, ensuring that the brand resonates with customers at every stage of the customer journey. Customer Acquisition & Retention Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement customer acquisition strategies that focus on both new customer acquisition and customer retention. Optimize customer lifecycle strategies, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Lead efforts to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and lifetime value. Revenue & Sales Growth Develop actionable sales enablement strategies, aligning the sales, marketing, and business development teams toward unified revenue goals. Provide leadership in the creation of go-to-market strategies for new services, or market segments, ensuring that launch strategies are effective and aligned with overall brand goals. Use data and insights to refine pricing models, sales tactics, and offerings that drive both top-line growth and profitability. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of business development, marketing, and brand professionals. Build a high-performance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven execution. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure the integration of business development strategies with roadmaps and market needs. Performance Metrics & KPIs Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for business growth and brand development initiatives, and regularly report progress to executive leadership. Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets. Leverage analytics and insights to optimize growth efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and accelerate business outcomes. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in business development, brand strategy, or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion in competitive markets. Extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, brand development, and digital marketing. Demonstrated success in building partnerships and scaling businesses in a sustainable, profitable way. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management. Skill Required: Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams and build a culture of accountability and collaboration. Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term while executing tactical short-term strategies to achieve immediate and long-term business goals. Brand Expertise: Deep understanding of how to develop and manage a strong, differentiated brand in a competitive market. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Expertise in aligning sales, marketing, and strategies to ensure growth and success. Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, using insights to guide business development and marketing strategies.
